Safe & Sound

Apparently this video was created with different dance in the last 100 years?! Pretty amazing to see the change and despite having some less than ideal moments captured in it, it also shows that we always ended up surviving it, learning something and probably progressing. As we discover more and more in life, in our surroundings, I am sure there are weird moments, that are new to us all, something unfamiliar, something we don't understand. I certainly have gone through countless frightening moments, and later on slowly revisiting it to find a different experience.

In this song, what resonate with me the most, probably is "Even if we're six feet underground

I know that we'll be safe and sound." I guess some good do die young, but today I will add that so that others can live on too. Everyone's path would be different, just like dancing, changes with time, even if the song/music remains the same.

Lately, I think there are just many weird things happening... but I think we will all end up ok eventually. No one wants to see disasters but we all know, just like accidents, it is just unpredictable in nature. Each time it happens, we can only hope for lessor impacts and hope for the best. Do you think a large disaster can be split into smaller ones, so that the damage would be less and more tolerable? Would that be a better outcome? Just like this song, safe and sound - it doesn't mean 0% of negative event, but the message of we will be ok - is probably the best and most truthful representation for those events no one want to be caught in. With that in mind - maybe it would help me lessen my anxiety (eg overwhelmed with bad news etc), which I am sure many go through this some point in their lifetime. I don't promise that I could remember that every time... hopefully just enough and better than none.

PS: Not sure if 1:13 is something I like - not because of the dance, but I think it is overcrowded - I can't really see other dancers. Even with a full dancing team, maybe splitting into smaller group can have better results?! As least, no one get left behind in the dark or get cut out from the viewing angle.... that is just my 2 cents.
