What I experienced last night - I would rather put it in silent and not talk about it just yet. I haven't quite got the whole picture, even I know I was on the right track of something.

This morning - perhaps it is worth to share using this platform.

In this age of AI, digital, ML, which is great advancement and continue to shape what the future world looks like and how we will live.

Then I thought no one is ever perfect, and makes no mistake, not even saint. Even our most trusted person can make mistakes one day and to be fair, it is actually quite normal - we are humans right?

So what does it mean when it comes to AI? We already heard of self driven cars can crash into people, those are old news and huge improvement has been made and now perhaps one could even argue better than some of the human drivers on the road... so what other issues do we have? could we foreseen it? As we heavily invested in, and believed in it, do we also challenge the opposition enough? Just like this post...I think this is an interesting post... What do you think?

I often think being on the challenger side doesn't necessary become the bad person, in fact, it can lead to health growth a lot of times. I call this out because recently someone just said that I "complain" too often?! I think I will rather continue to complain and hope it leads to a better solution, than to accept the mediocre solution for eternity and to stunt others enjoyment as well. When I do complain, I normally have all the evidences that I need to present my view, and balance it with a quick reasonable person test and do it in a civil manner... I won't ever change that element in my life. And for those out there who does the same - I think you guys are amazing.

So why do I say this? Can you imagine there are people out there who just do things differently? They may see things differently to us, they could believe their gut feeling more than anything, being intuitive or for whatever reasons. This doesn't make them wrong. Do we have example for this? Sure, in my previous role, I have found better, candidates, gem class in the "rubbish" pile, some even worthy of double promotions (skip level). In a big organisation, it can be very fluid, and when we are considering multiple candidates, I think the current state of assessing the synergy / fitting is often done by the "human", "manager" bit at the moment. Even with the psychology reports that we get, fitting those puzzles still can be hit and miss. When it is done right, it is more than amazing, and it is often long term.

I wonder how many people out there..... would do this.

Let's say the computer says the chance of success - will only be 1%. Will you do it?

Most won't that is ok. But if none go for it, we may already have a problem.
