The Fighter with words only - They may think the message isn't necessary or for them at all initially, but you may ended up getting something you need and more, than something you really don't need or will regret it down the track. Ask around to see if anyone has gone through the entire process and what do they see, not the initial bells & whistles. Sometime the biggest change is just some minimal changes, and somehow makes things easier. So who knows?

In a world like our current one, I do think things move too quickly (that should not be done that quickly), and somethings are just too slow or even getting ignored for no reasons.

There is a genuine disconnect and not sure if it has an impact elsewhere and where. I remember when I was in Ops, when the shit hits the fan moment comes, everybody freaked out and wanting to correct this and that, all at the same time. I said to them, just breathe and find a way to "stop the bleed", and we can have a plan to deal with the tacticle interim or strategic fix later. The project would probably to have a better chance to survive. Staff would be less stressed and likely to reduce further escalated complaints.

For me, this thing has been going on for way too long, my mum is unwell, and as the one kept in the dark for a long time, I wonder when is the perfect timing for me to try finding the missing puzzles, so others who got impacted with similar can also fix it. The message may be hard to diguest and especially I too think that I have limited time to do this (due to various reasons), like audience, where, for which topics....

I also had my considerations for the "timing" specifically for me to assist with other's timing? But I am particularly troubled with that one, for the randomness of event in this world, haven't we are seeing weird and strange news everywhere? Fuel price, war, violence attacks increasing etc and it really impacts all ages in our society. So unless we know how long each their lives remaining, how do I do it? Is 100 years enough? Is 99 years enough? If that's the case, I think the remediation can finally start. In reality though, we always seem to have it harder in that sort of sitaution (eg. being the good guy now ended up must carry the bad name) who wants that right? And let's say this is shared among themselves and elsewhere, do we aim for fixing it? Or just leave it as feeling ok - is enough?! I heard someone said just ok and maybe aim for that. I agreed but disagreed. For some it may be ok (how long they suffered? for what? is there a balancing act, how much was his own choice?) For some, it may not be. I am sure there are all sorts of other things going on unbeknown to others too. At this point it is probably sounded in disaster, but then how come somehow I feel there is another side story to it? The outcome might be completely different... it is a sense of unknown but towards a direction where things can finally be explained, and people get to heal instead. I have to trust that.....
