The Flight

How people see, what people do, things can be very different, this is why even when location is different. Each time something is change, there is a ripple effect. Some big, some small.
I have always said to myself that for those I love, they are who they are, they aren't someone that can be substitute (in my own life). It is like a plane, if I am the fuselage itself, right in the middle, connecting the wings and those who are important attachments to the fuselage, do you think you can rearrange them and the plane still fly efficiently?
Therefore some scenarios, it will be ok, but if those important ones were removed, everything falls apart. The goal is the same for everyone, it is therefore not about fighting, but to acknowledge there is something not quite right at the moment. So if we are looking for the better outcome, how do we ever fix it, if it doesn't change. If we can't get together, to communicate the right way, understand why each component is meant to be that way, it just won't work. I remembered watching one episode of the flight safety show, even a minor screw size, or even if the same size, there will be differences (used/new, whether all screws were changed or just a couple), it all makes a difference. Even if it flies, still doesn't mean it is where we stop, does it require more maintenance, any other unknowns? Hence, anything closer to the design, with sound improvement is important. But without first knowing the first design, how dangerous is it to make changes right?
