I remembered, someone once held my hand, and then a song came on - it is like building a house and then letting it burn. Perhaps neither of us wanted something like that to happen, but something, somehow, went terribly wrong and ended up like this.
In real life, how many chances do we actually get?
When do we ever learn? WWI? WWII? Do we really need another one to realise that, advancing in human history, isn't technology per se... It is never that simple. Humans are very smart, collectively we have all the information that we need and we will be able to get what needs to be done - done. This also means trust is much harder to build. Think about if the goal was getting from A to B, sounds easy right? If the goal was getting A to B, with C & D together, all of a sudden, it may become so difficult and we never get to complete it. It is because of trust, our external environment, the people around and literally everything else. It is no longer just I or me...
If D believes C, maybe there is a chance.
Are we there yet in this world? I don't think so... not quite yet.
If saving the planet, or humanity requires collective effort of all, at this stage - we are failing. Because E, F, G........ and we haven't quite even be able to deal with D, C, B and A yet....
Do we have enough time? It is not infinite and personally, I can really hear the clock ticking, minute by minute, second by second.
